Guiding Light exile Ramy Zada has found a new role on daytime television --- even if he's a little nervous about making a trip back to the soaps.
Zada, who played Jeffrey Morgan in 1997 and 1998, is set to air as Port Charles' newest bad guy, Harris, beginning December 6th.
In addition to his work on Guiding Light, Zada is also known to fans of the primetime soap world. Zada played Martin Abbot on Melrose Place in 1995. Outside of the soap opera field, Zada has made numerous appearances on programs such as NYPD Blue, The X-Files, Murder, She Wrote and Miami Vice.
An interesting aspect of Zada's new character is that it is the first one created by Port Charles' new writing team of James Harmon Brown and Barbara Esensten. It is also the first character created as part of the show's new 12-week storylines, called "arcs."
